THE STORY:

Iconic Investments just sold the Willoughby Apartments in Hollywood. The property was listed for $3,550,000 and was marketed to the entire brokerage community Day 1 of the listing period. Our marketing resulted in 20 Groups touring the property which yielded 12 offers. The offers ranged from $2.90 to $3.550 million. Even though the seller received a full price offer, he elected to go with an offer that was all cash and a 30-day close of escrow offer at $3,525,000. The total timeline start to finish was 44 days including marketing time, review of offers and close of escrow.
