Iconic Investments, a specialized commercial real estate brokerage, announces the addition of Adam Zunder as Executive Vice President of Investments.
Adam is returning to the Iconic team and the principals by whom he was originally mentored. As Executive Vice President of Investments, Adam will add to Iconic’s growth and market performance through continuing transaction expertise across multiple property sectors. Adam’s business style is committed to client satisfaction, the delivery of service as a market expert, and exceeding the expectations of property owners and investors. As an expert, he is responsible for new business development, financial analysis, market research, marketing, and client escrow management.
Prior to joining Iconic, Adam served as Vice President at KW Commercial, where he successfully completed over $500 million of investment sales and was consistently ranked in the Top 50 agents worldwide as well as receiving Top Sales honors every year from 2010 to 2019. In addition to his brokerage expertise, Adam also has a strong background in real estate finance, with over $125 million of loans funded during his previous career as Vice President at Nationwide Wholesale, one of Los Angeles’ premiere mortgage banking firms.
Adam’s passion for real estate, combined with his professional background and his unique knowledge of public relations, marketing, and advertising, make him a natural fit for the Iconic Investments team.
